What is the K’dor factor?
The K’dor factor is what sets House of K’dor apart from other jewellers. House of K’dor emphasizes quality over quantity. Our commitment to only selecting the finest diamonds and gemstones coupled with innovative design and meticulous craftmanship ensures that we set the industry standard for the ultimate in fine and high jewellery.
Why do House of K’dor diamond jewels sparkle with such fire?
A House of K’dor Diamond must pass a rigorous selection process that takes more than just the 4Cs into account. Our gemmologists consider whether a diamond looks good on paper as well as whether it meets our visual standards for beauty and brilliance. Two diamonds can have the same characteristics, but if one has not been cut well, they will not sparkle with equal fire. Our gemmologists choose diamonds according to a more complex set of criteria, which cannot be translated into any gemmological report.

Are House of K’dor diamonds certified?
Yes. Every diamond jewel is accompanied by an original diamond report from the Gemmological Institute of America as well as a House of K’dor Certificate of Authenticity.

Is colour or clarity more important in a diamond?
The importance of colour versus clarity comes down to personal preference. House of K’dor only carries diamonds that are of D, E or F colour, with a greater than VS2 clarity. These high quality standards ensure that every jewel in our store will feature diamonds of truly excellent beauty and brilliance. What happens if the recipient of my gift does not like the jewel I chose?
As long as you want to make the change within 7 days (and the jewel has not been worn), we would be happy to help you select a better choice.
