Order/Delivery Method and Timeframe
When you have chosen something beautiful, you’ve made the decision and you just can’t wait to get it. We realise this and guarantee next day delivery for all orders placed before 12pm EST. Platinum Express Post Delivery is used for locations that are within the Australia Post network. As a signature is required with this method of delivery, to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase, it is advisable to choose an address where the parcel can be received in person. However, if no one is there to sign, a delivery card will be waiting for you. You will then need to take it and some identification to the post office listed on the card. Availability of Stock
Once your order is placed, if one of the items you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, an email will be sent notifying you of the estimated delivery time. An item may not appear as ‘sold out’, however upon check-out, may have become sold out. In this instance you will be contacted via email to be advised of estimated time of delivery.
Delivery CostsFor any orders over $100, we will post your parcel free of charge, within Australia.
