Guarantee and Service Plan
The House of K’dor Guarantee
House of K’dor warrants its jewels against defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase (the “Guarantee period”).
Only House of K’dor jewels purchased from a House of K’dor Boutique or the House of K’dor e-Boutique receive the full benefits of our House of K’dor Guarantee.
The House of K’dor Guarantee does not cover
- Normal wear and tear and aging;
- Any damage to any part of the jewel resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, and incorrect use, non-observance of regular services;
- Any jewels handled by non-authorised persons.
Service Plan Terms
To maintain the longevity of your House of K’dor Guarantee your jewel must be cleaned and assessed every three (3) months during the Guarantee Period. This is a complimentary service, which you may obtain by bringing or sending your jewel to one of our authorised House of K’dor Boutiques. You are responsible for transportation costs, including but not limited to postage, insurance and packing materials. We recommend that any shipments to House of K’dor include registered delivery and insurance. The returned jewel must be accompanied by the original warranty card that was included with the jewel at the time of purchase, duly completed, dated and signed by House of K’dor. Such card may only be completed by House of K’dor.
If the jewel is returned during the Guarantee period, House of K’dor will repair or replace any defect free of charge within a reasonable time after the product is returned, subject to the right to charge for return shipping costs. Upon expiration of the Guarantee period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.
